How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. There are only 3 steps. Request a free estimate, by giving us a call or filling out our online form. Schedule a pickup, choose a time that works for you. We offer flexible windows, we will give a call once our team is 15-30 minutes away. Lastly just watch the junk disappear. Once we arrive, let us know where the items are that we will be removing. Our crew will load everything, sweep and haul it away. We bear the burden from start to finish.

What items can you take?

There are many ways to move junk, we believe in a higher standard of service. We provide a professional experience that respects your time, property and the planet. We bear the burden (literally). We take on the heavy, awkward and overwhelming jobs. Our team is trained to handle the “impossible” jobs. We make sure to take the time to donate and recycle so that your junk may find 2nd life elsewhere.

You can reach us anytime via our contact page, give us a call or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

We handle almost anything! This includes old furniture, appliances, electronics (e-waste), yard waste, and general household clutter. If two people can lift it, we can probably take it.

Are there items you can’t take?

Due to safety and environmental regulations, we generally cannot haul away hazardous materials. This includes:

  • Wet paint and chemicals

  • Gasoline, oil, or propane tanks

  • Biohazardous waste or medical needles

  • Asbestos

How do you charge for junk removal?

Pricing is based on volume—how much space your items take up in our truck. Our rates include labor, transportation, and disposal fees.

Can I get an estimate over the phone?

We can provide a "ballpark" estimate based on your description or photos, but the final price is always confirmed in person once we see the actual volume of the load. No surprises, no hidden fees.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes, we have a minimum load fee to cover the costs of dispatching the truck and crew to your location, even for a single item.

What do you do with the junk?

We don’t just head straight to the landfill. We sort through every load to pull out items that can be recycled or donated to local charities. We aim to keep as much out of the dump as possible.

Are you insured?

Absolutely. StandingBear Junk Removal is fully licensed and insured. This protects both our crew and your property during the removal process.
